Responsible for processing the data provided in the form: R2M Solution Spain S.L. (hereinafter “R2M”), Calle Villablanca, 85, despacho nº 109, 28032 Madrid, Spain, contact email: info@creators4you.energy, is the entity responsible for processing the personal data completed by the Applicant/Beneficiary (hereinafter the “interested person”) in this form and those that, where appropriate, are contained in the documentation that is provided by the interested person during their participation in the Creators Open Call process (hereinafter “personal data”).

Need for data processing: Completion of the form is voluntary but if the data is not provided, the application to the open call cannot be managed. 

Legitimation of the processing: The consent of the interested person granted to R2M by marking the box enabled in this form and sending said completed form; and the application of pre-contractual measures.

Purposes: R2M will carry out the processing and communication of personal data to the Creators Consortium partners, whose names can be found in this link, for the following purposes: (i) manage the request of the interested person to participate in the Creators open call and verify compliance with all the participation requirements as well as the validity of the data provided; (ii) contact the interested person by email to inform them if the application has been accepted or rejected and, in the event of being shortlisted and moving on to the second phase, requesting the data and documentation necessary to carry out the corresponding assessments in order to decide the concession of the pre-feasibility study; (iii) and, in the event that the application is finally selected, manage, prepare and formalize the participation contract to which the interested person is a party.  

In the event that the interested person provides data on other natural persons in the form, prior to completing said data, they are obliged to inform such persons of the processing of their data and of the rights that assist them as indicated in this communication.

Recipients: Based on the legal basis that the interested person grants by checking the corresponding box enabled in the form, their personal data will be communicated to the Consortium partners in CREATORS, whose names can be found here, in order to send to the interested person information on the development of the Open Call. 

In addition, personal data may also be communicated to the competent Public Administrations due to the matter for reasons of control, requirements and inspection, in compliance with legal obligations.

Data processors: In any case, in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, the data may be processed by third parties who are entrusted with the processing for the purposes of auxiliary services and system support and administration tasks they provide to R2M, by signing the relevant contracts with such third parties to commission the processing, with the due guarantees of security and confidentiality.

Transfers: Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Conservation: The data will be kept as long as the purpose is maintained and the interested person does not request the deletion of the data and for the legal deadlines for the fulfilment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.

Rights: The interested person can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the prior consent, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling), by means of a written request to R2M at the postal address Calle Villablanca, 85, despacho No. 109, 28032 Madrid, España, or at the electronic address data@r2msolution.com, indicating the right that the person is exercising and proving his/her identity by any means valid in Law. 

Likewise, the interested person has the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, in Spain the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.agpd.es, telephone 912 663 517, when they consider that the exercise of any of their rights have not been satisfied.
